2010 Cross Country: Closed out storied NAU career as the team’s fourth finisher at the NCAA Championships, finishing 123rd overall in a time of 31:22.8 … Made Mountain Region history after winning the individual title for the third-consecutive year at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships … Ran to a Rose Park Golf Course 10K record time of 29:24.1 … Closed out Big Sky career with his third-straight individual title (21:28.1), becoming only the second male in conference history to win three-straight years (Rich Sliney, NAU, 1970-72) … Represented Australia in the Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India … Finished eighth overall in the 5,000-meter run from Jawaharlal Stadium in 13:47.40, his third fastest outdoor 5K time in 2010 … Made cross country debut at the Stanford Invitational and collected his fifth individual title after crossing the finish line in a time of 23:18 to best the field by four seconds.

2010 Track & Field: Concluded stellar senior campaign with his second national title in the men’s 5,000-meter run after he held of Liberty’s Sam Chelenga in a time of 13:44.81 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore. … Earned his ninth All-American award with the victory, and fourth for the 2009-2010 season ... Won the men’s 5,000-meter run at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in Austin, Texas in a time of 13:59.30, the only sub-14 minute time of the night ... Held the top collegiate mark in the 5,000-meter run for the outdoor season with a school-record time of 13:25.63 ... Won the 5K and 1,500-meter run at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships for the third-straight year to score 20 points for the Lumberjacks ... At the 2010 NCAA Indoor Championships, won his first career national championship in the 5K when he held off Chelanga to finish in an NCAA-best time of 13:36.41 ... Returned the following night to finish runner-up in the 3,000-meter run, giving NAU 18 total points and the highest finish at a track and field championship event in school history (8th) ... Named the Mountain Region Male Track Athlete of the Year for the indoor season ... Claimed two collegiate-leading marks in the distance events on back-to-back weekends ... In mid-February, he ran to a 7:47.52 (OT) win over 3000 meters at the Husky Classic in Seattle, marking the best time ever run by a collegian on an oversized track ... The following weekend, he claimed an altitude-hindered 14:17.92 clocking over 5000 meters for his second collegiate leader of the season (when converted to 13:39.32) ... 2009 Cross Country: Closed out stellar junior campaign finishing runner-up at the NCAA Cross Country National Championships in a time of 29:07 to earn his sixth All-American Award ... Teammate Jordan Chipangama and McNeill became the first duo in school history to finish in the top five at a national championship event ... Named Mountain Region Male Athlete of the Year after he captured his second-straight title at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships in Albuquerque, N.M. ... Captured his second-straight Big Sky Championship title in a time of 24:35, nearly a minute faster then the second-place finisher, Chipangama ... Made 2009 debut at the NCAA Pre-Nationals.

2009 Track & Field: Capped off sensational outdoor season by finishing second in the 5,000m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships to Galen Rupp of Oregon (14:05.79) … Secured place in the national championship race with a second-place finish in the 5k at the West Region Championship (13:49.77) … For the second-straight year scored 28 points to help lead the men’s team to the Big Sky Outdoor Championships title … Won the 1,500m (3:48.77), 5k (14:32.29) and finished second in the 800m (1:52.71) ... Season-best mark in the 5k came at the Mt. Sac Relays (13:30.63).

2008 Cross Country: Finished 15th overall (29:53.0) at NCAA Championships helping NAU take home sixth place overall ... Came in first place at NCAA Mountain Regional (29:18.3) and was named an All-Regional Selection ... Garnered All-Conference Selection when he finished first at the Big Sky Championship giving the Lumberjacks their ninth conference title in the last 11 years ... Finished second overall at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (23:30.7) ... In his first race of the season he came in second place overall at the Cowboy Jamboree.

2008 Track & Field: In his first track season with the Lumberjacks, ran in the Big Sky Championships, Regional Championships and the NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Championships … During the indoor season he ran a 7:50.37 to win the 3,000m at the Husky Classic and qualified for the indoor championships … Placed 8th overall (8:06.18) to garner All-American honors … In his first outdoor campaign he recorded a season-best mark in the 5,000m at the Payton Jordan (13:35.07) … At the Big Sky Outdoor Championships scored 28 points for the Lumberjacks with wins in the 5k (15:17.77) and 1,500m (3:47.11) and a second place finish in the 800m (1:50.97) … Earned All-American honors after he finished fourth overall in the 5k at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (13:42.17).

2007 Cross Country: Earned All-American honors based on his 10th place overall finish at the NCAA Championships ... Seventh finisher in the team race to help NAU take home a fourth place national mark (29:56.8) ... Placed second behind teammate Lopez Lomong at Roy Griak Invitational (24:26.5) and Big Sky Championships (24:04.3), helping NAU win both races ...
