NAU Wins Five Events, Derails Oregon State for Second Straight YearTUCSON, Ariz. – The trip down to Tucson was a highly successful one on Friday for the Northern Arizona swimming & diving team as they handed Oregon State a loss for the second straight year, 167-125. The Lumberjacks also more than held their own against Arizona, ranked No. 8 nationally, falling 178-118, in the double dual also featuring WAC rival New Mexico State.

NAU Student-Athletes Continue to Graduate at a High RateINDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Northern Arizona University’s NCAA Graduation Success Rate of 84 leads the Big Sky Conference, according to a national report released Tuesday. The NCAA developed the GSR for Division I institutions in 2002 in response to college and university presidents who wanted more accurate graduation data. NAU’s rate is the second-highest in the state of Arizona amongst the Regent institutions.

Swimming & Diving Crushes Idaho, 172.5-126.5, for Road WAC WinMOSCOW, Idaho – The Northern Arizona swimming & diving team picked up their first dual meet victory of the season in crushing fashion on Friday, 172.5-126.5, over Idaho on the second half of their weekend back-to-back. The Lumberjacks won 12 of 16 events and totally commanded the meet, their first against a Western Athletic Conference opponent this season.
NAU Swimming Falls to Washington State, 129-70PULLMAN, Wash. – The Northern Arizona swimming & diving team stopped in Pullman on Thursday on the first leg of their weekend road trip, but dropped a 129-70 decision to Washington State. The Lumberjacks picked up victories in the final two events and are now 0-4 in dual meets – with two of the four losses coming to Pac-12 foes – this season.
