Swimming and Diving WAC Championship Handbook
SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Northern Arizona swimming and diving begins its pursuit for the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Championships on Wednesday. Links for live updates, streaming video, and meet program are available for viewing.
The 2011 WAC Swimming and Diving Championships get underway in San Antonio, Texas, Feb. 23-26. Over the four days, eight teams will compete for the conference championship at Palo Alto College Natatorium. Boise State is the defending champion after beating New Mexico State by nearly 100 points last year.
The championship begins on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. (CT), with both the finals of the 200 medley and 800 free relays. Prelims will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday while finals will start at 6:30 p.m. each night.
The conference will be streaming the finals of all four nights. Viewers can sign up by visiting www.WAC.tv . Viewers that sign up, will be able to watch Wednesday relays for free. The remaining three nights can be viewed for a subscription of $5.95 per night or a full championship package can be purchased for $9.95.
