Swimming and Diving Set for Meet at Arizona State
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Northern
Arizona swimming and diving heads to Tempe Ariz., to face
Arizona State on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Mona Plummer
Aquatic Center. The Lumberjacks will also face New Mexico State but
will not compete in a standard dual after competing against the
Aggies earlier this year.
The Lumberjacks are 1-3 in dual meets this season and will resume
their dual schedule after being idle for the past month. NAU last
competed at Boise State on November dropping a 185.5-114.5
decision.
Prior to its meet against Boise State, NAU faced New Mexico State
and Northern Colorado on October 31 in a double dual defeating the
Bears 224-75 and falling to the Aggies 152-147. The Lumberjacks
hosted Washington State on November 6 and narrowly lost
149-142.
NAU is 0-14 all-time against Arizona State. Results for the meet will be available directly following Saturday's action.
