NAU Women's Soccer To Host Embry-Riddle in Final Home Spring Game

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona University women's soccer team is back for their final home game until the 2017 fall season. The Lumberjacks will host Embry-Riddle Sunday, April 9 at 3 p.m. at the Max Spilsbury Field at Lumberjack Stadium and is free for all who attend.

The Lumberjacks kicked off spring season against Dixie State in Utah and have played in three games overall. Head Coach Andre Luciano and the Lumberjacks are continuing to improve as they prepare for next season. With eight incoming freshmen, the Lumberjacks are building off of their momentum from an incredible 2016 season.

"We have been competing well," said Luciano. "We are involving and with time we will find our identity and style as a team."

Following this weekend, the blue and gold will hit the road for three more games against the University of Arizona, Paradise Valley Community College and Arizona State. The full schedule can be found here.
