Jordyn Martin goes up for a layup against Eastern Washington
Jordyn Martin

RENO, Nev. – Northern Arizona redshirt senior Jordyn Martin was voted to the All-Big Sky Third Team, announced today by the league office. It is the first all-conference team honor of Martin's career.

Martin, who sat out the majority of last season due to an injury, leads the Lumberjacks with 13.2 points and ranks second in the Big Sky with 8.6 rebounds per game. He has tallied nine double-doubles this season and has scored in double digits 20 times. Martin has registered eight 20-plus point scoring games. He's pulled down five or more rebounds in all but three games this season and has crossed the 10-rebound plateau 11 times.

It is the second Big Sky distinction of Martin's career after having been named the Defensive Player of the Year in 2015.

Martin will guide the Lumberjacks on Tuesday, as they play Portland State in the first round of the Big Sky Tournament in Reno.
