FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona men's basketball team will play their first regular season game at home this Saturday against San Diego Christian. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m. The game will be televised live on FOX Sports Arizona.

The Lumberjacks have started the season 1-3. NAU defeated UTSA in its season opener, but has dropped its last three road games. NAU has three players that are averaging double figures. Senior Max Jacobsen leads the way with 19.0 points, while junior transfers Quinton Upshur and Aaseem Dixon are averaging 18.0 and 13.8 points per game, respectively.

San Diego Christian currently has a 1-2 record, as it plays games against San Diego State and San Diego before coming to Flagstaff.

The game will not be aired on the radio, but fans can watch it on television as Jordyn Byrd will be providing play-by-play, while Dave Brown will be the color analyst. FOX College Sports Atlantic will air on delay at 8 p.m. FOX Sports San Diego will also air on delay at 1 am MT/12 a.m. PT. Live stats for the game can be found at www.NAUAthletics.com.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and fans can watch the NAU football team take on Southern Utah on the video board before the basketball game begins. The first 1,000 fans will receive a free portable radio.
