“Special Wine Tasting Event”July 23rd at the Tinderbox Kitchen

Wine and Dine in the Pines, together with Alliance Beverage and the Tinderbox Kitchen is pleased to welcome a special wine tasting event featuring a wine expert on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 6 p.m. at the Tinderbox Kitchen. The Special Event will be both educational and fun as we taste special wines that are not widely available. The vertical tasting will allow participants to taste the nuances between vintages and growing seasons. The wine expert will lead the tasting and discussions on the 700 day process that goes into making wines and on the various stages the grapevines go through in a typical growing season. A three course meal and dessert will be included with the wine tasting.
