Mark Brewster (Baseball, 1966-69)
Outstanding offensive and defensive ball player for Coach Al Flitcraft's Lumberjack teams. Played centerfield and is the record holder of the highest batting average (.488) for a single season. Also holds the highest lifetime batting average (.404) of any Lumberjack baseball player. Was selected to the NAIA-All District 7 team in 1967, 1968 and 1969. Both in 1968 and 1969 he was honored as an All American (2nd team) by the NAIA. Signed a professional contract with the San Francisco Giants.
