Maya Cale-Benzoor
(Track & Field, 1982-84)
Maya Cale-Benzoor was a Northern Arizona university record-holder in both the women's indoor and outdoor long and triple jumps. Her records include 20'6".00 in the outdoor long jump; 41'3".75 in the outdoor triple jump; 20'1".50 in the indoor long jump; and 40'5".00 in the indoor triple jump. Cale-Benzoor placed 3rd in the triple jump at the 1984 NCAA Championship meet. She later represented Israel at the 1984 Olympics held in Los Angeles, where she finished 8th in the long jump and 12th in the 100-meter dash.
