NAU Athletics Hall of Fame

 Lupe Acevedo and Fito Trujillo (Basketball, 1951-55)

Key members of the 1951-1955 Lumberjack basketball teams, Acevedo and Triyillo attended elementary school together.  In their junior and senior years, NAU compiled a 39-10 overall record and both players were named to the All-Conference team.  The pair led Miami High School to the 1951 Arizona State Championship.
