Study Hall
Criteria:
1. All first year students need to attend study hall their first
FT semester at NAU
2. First year student-athletes can get out of study hall after
their 1st FT term if they received a semester GPA of 3.0 or
higher
3. First year student-athletes can get out of study hall after
their 2nd FT term if they have a cum GPA above a 2.50
4. Continuing student-athletes are required to attend study hall
if their cum GPA is 2.50 or below
5. Transfer student-athletes can be exempt from study hall only if
coaches and academic coordinators decide the situation is
appropriate.
** The difference between study hall and attendance is the cum
GPA (2.5 for study hall and 2.25 for attendance)
