Welcome to Lumberjack Academic Services at Northern Arizona! The primary goal of the program is to offer support services that assist student-athletes in reaching or exceeding their educational goals while competing in intercollegiate athletics in the Big Sky Conference. Recognizing that the “student” in every student-athlete is critical for success in and out of the classroom, Academic Services offers quality resources to all student-athletes on campus. Some of the most beneficial resources we offer include: transitional programs, mentoring, free tutoring, and academic advising. Our CHAMPS/Life Skills Program is an integral program at NAU, ensuring that all student-athletes have every opportunity to have both a wonderful educational and athletic experience. Lumberjack Academic Services is constantly evolving to meet the demands of our student-athletes. We look forward to another successful year in and out of the classroom.
